The Cheesy Creamy Creamy Cheese

I just got a toasted plain bagel from Starbucks, and bemoaned the fact that there was probably no vegan cream cheese in all of Bastrop, TX. Lo and behold, HEB carries Veggie Galaxy (?) brand vegan cream cheese. I found this out *after* I finished my bagel.
