I'm currently sitting at my friend Tim's house, watching "Invader Zim" with some other friends. Tim has Movie Night every Tuesday, and he's always nice enough to make yummy vegan food for dinner. In the past, it's usually been spaghetti squash with pasta sauce and vegan "meat"balls.
Tonight, he changed it up and made some kimchi dumplings. Have I mentioned how much I love dumplings?
We also had some veggie chips to snack on, and finished up with some delicious So Delicious vegan ice cream sandwiches.
Sometimes, travel doesn't have to be very far away from home!
